Follow These 3  Easy Steps




Step 1


   To see what The Carousel can do for you, read all of the instructions on this page. Proceed to the quote form and perform the following instructions:

First, complete the contact information section. Proceed to step 2




Step 2


   Second, click on the View Garment Options link on the quote form and select the garment you wish to order.
• Copy the Style # and close the page window which will return you to the Quote form.
• Paste the Style # in the Style # textbox. Select up to four sizes and corresponding quantities for the selected style. Proceed to step 3






Step 3

   Third, click on the View Design Options link and select a stock layout. Enter the following information on the Quote Request Form:
• Stock Layout #
• Design Size
• Number of Colors
• Selected Ink Colors

* Please note that only custom logos will be embroidered.
* If more than 4 sizes are required, note them in the Comments/Special Instructions text area.
* Review the Quote Form for completeness and accuracy. Click submit and we will quickly respond to your request.
